lets get it started.

So she went to (51)st Street to see Dr. X (multiple sign)
The Dr. gave her some pills and ask her to take (8) pills a day
Note: This is what you should see on your calculator
To know what happen to her after she ate those pills...
press the equal sign and you should get 55378008.
Now flip your calculator upside down and you should know what has she become.
