It was suppose to be the photo shoot session for Sports and Games today
but I'll have to skip as I have to attend the YE Team Building activity sponsored by Osram.
Went to school as usual and on my way to class, saw Hsien and Scott waiting for the editor.
I joined them for a short chat and then followed them to the canteen to get the benches.
After I drop the benches at the set, I make my way to class.
My class was merrier than usual because half of the YE members who are attending the Team Building activity was there. We receive a letter each from our trainee chemistry teacher, Ms. Hing Lee Na, who will be here until this Friday. Sobz..We'll miss you teacher.
At 7.30 am, all 22 members went to the pond area to wait for the bus who will take us to the hotel. Some were changing into their sports attire..some were talking...but this one guy, Paul..he was emo-ing. XD

At 8 am, all of us including the teachers go out to the bus stop to wait for the bus...

We waited and waited...but the bus wasn't here yet.
Then we saw this bus which we taught was ours..unfortunately, it's not. *sigh*
We taught this bus was ours. XD
Finally, our adviser from Osram, Mr. Lee Ji Hao, came and told us that the bus was involve in a accident..so now the bus company is sending us another bus. *sigh*
It will be another long wait till the second bus arrive, so we went in to the school again.
Inside the school's compound, Paul and the others entertain themselves by using my phone to watch videos of Happy Tree Friends. Blood and Laughter... XDD
At 9.30 am, the second bus arrived and we hop in. The trip to the hotel was about 20 minutes.
At about 9.55 am, we reached the hotel.

First we went in and drop our bags.
Me, Nav and Mr. Lee followed the porter to the room where we will keep our bags.
While we went up, the others went for breakfast first.

After we drop our stuff, the three of us went down to join the others for breakfast.
The food was almost finished when we went down.
What's left was 3 karipaps and 4 pieces of kuih. I took one each for breakfast.

At about 10.15 am, we went down to the b!tch..no wait..beach. XD

The first thing we did was divide ourselves into 3 groups.

After that..we have some games...
P/S: There won't be any pics on the games event as I pass the cam to teacher.
The first game was the "gay-est".
We were ask to put a tennis ball between our legs
and hop all the way to the other side and drop it down in the basket.
The common cheer you can hear is "DON'T DROP YOUR BALLS" XDD
Secondly...the funniest game ever...
First we're suppose to run to the cone and spin 10 rounds around it.
After that we must make our way to the end and throw the ball in the basket
*Dizzzzzzyyyy* Almost everyone's head goes haywire.
Some fell and some even knock into others.
The Third game requires loads of patience...Bottle Fishing.
Pang from my group took the longest to fish up a bottle.
Thanks to the strong wind..it makes it even harder for us.
The last game at the beach requires tonnes of teamwork.
We were ask to bridge 4 people from our group the other side and back.
OUCH!! My bare hands...
After that, it started to rain so we were brought inside into the ballroom for our indoor activities.
The first indoor activity we had was tying one of our member's hair with rubber band. LMAO

Next was our second last activity of the day...Costume Designing.
We were suppose to plan a dress and make it out of newspapers.

At the end, Jellyfish won the challenge and
we took a group photo before we went down for our lunch

It was 1 pm when we went down for lunch.
We had a buffet lunch. All of our tummies were filled with food.
As deserts..we finish half a jar of parpedems, a Indian cousine.
When we came back to the ballroom, the half of the Malays were not back yet so
Nav decided that we be kids again for 20 minutes.
We played Ice and Water.. XDD
All the chasing made us feel nauseous after playing. Blueks...
At 2.15 pm...we had our final event, TREASURE HUNT.
We were ask to search the given list of items that are scattered around the hotel.
Items such as:
- A pair of earrings
- 3 Coca-Cola bottle caps
- The Manager's name card
- A life snail
- 3 cm of Curly Hair =.="
- And loads more to list
At the end of the tiring treasure hunt, Jellyfish won again.
Overall the placing are
- Jellyfish
- Dog
- Cat
The Cats were "punished" by imitating Pang. All of us just laugh our ass off looking at it. XD
Before we had our tea..we were ask to give a short speech each about today.
After everyone gave their speech, we had our tea.
After tea, Paul and I followed Mr. Lee to our room to get out bags.
Paul lay low while waiting for the porter.
As soon as we transport the bags to the lobby, the others were already waiting
After we get all our bags..we sat down while waiting for the bus.
The day is almost over..everyone is calling their girlfriends
telling them that they're safe and sound
except for me..Mr. Lonely... *sigh*

At school, me and Paul waited for his mum to come fetch us home.

Paul's mum came 10 minutes later and we hop into the car and went on home.

It's the second day of the student bodies photo shoot.
Learned my lesson yesterday...
so I woke up at 6.15 am so that I'm able to reach school before the editor.
It was 6.55 am when I reached school.
Hsien Ming, Scott and Joshua John were there waiting already.
I joined them for a chat while waiting.
At 7 am..the editor reached.
We get our orders to carry the benches from the canteen.
Me and Hsien Ming carried two benches each since we only have 4 guys to carry 6 benches.
We got half of the set ready and at 7.30 am
We all went for our Extracurricular Assembly which takes place every Wednesday at the school field. It was a boring 45 minutes before the assembly ended.
At 8.30 am, the photo shoot session begins.
There was chaos in the beginning because the RCS wanted to go first when it was suppose to be the 7th Georgetown South scouts. Because Ms. Yeoh was there...we got no choice but to tolerate with her so we let the RCS go first.

Ms. Yeoh demanded for a 'special' photo shoot...

45 minutes were wasted just because of that
and we can't argue with her because she is infamous for her skills of arguing.
So we just carry on...*snap* *snap* *snap*
After that, the photo shoot went on as usual
One by one...come and go..
When it comes to the school's band's turn...
Jonathan was suppose to be the photographer
but because he became an inactive member..he was too shy to show himself there.
So I took over and followed the editor to the Quadrangle for the band photo shoot.

When I'm back to the set..it was Karate Club's turn for the photo shoot.

After that I went for recess
and after recess I skip the photo shoot session and return to class for
since I have Additional Mathematics lesson with Mr. David.
I learned my lesson that skipping Mr. David's class is equals to DEATH so I got no choice but to skip the photo shoot.
An hour and 20 minutes went on fast...Mr. David taught us about Coordinate Geometry.
He also told us stories why is he banned from teaching Chemistry in Malaysia. XD
As soon as Add Math is over, I rushed back down to the set and they were already clearing.
So I just helped them carry the benches back and then head straight to the Editorial Room for postmortem.
During postmortem...we got screwed about the RCS photo shoot session because the photo shoot had cause us to waste 45 minutes and we could have clear at least 3 or 5 sessions in 45 minutes.
*Sigh* but the editor forgive us as he himself know what Ms. Yeoh is infamous for.
After postmortem, Hsien left for his chess competition at MBS, others left for their class
and what's left are me, Jon, JJ, William and the editor himself.
I stayed because the last lesson I'm having is Moral.
In the room, I transfered some pictures and learned a new card game from the editor. =p
While I'm getting the pictures I want transfered...
- Editor and William played the com
- JJ practices his card tricks
- Jonathan transfer some songs into his Ipod
After a while...William left and Elumalai came in.
Elumalai sat down turn on the com and started playing Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4.
Since we trainees have no authority to play any games yet so we just sat down, watch and laugh our ass off everytime Elumalai makes a mistake.
At 2.40 pm the bell rang...We clear the Ed Board Room and left.
The next day will be a photo shoot for Sports and Games but I won't be there
since I'm going for a Team Building activity with my fellow Young Enterprise Members.
Will be back with an update on it. =D
